Trade show booth design in Colombia
Your booth is the face of your brand during the show. That is why at Kanuara we design it around what you want to achieve: sell on the spot, collect leads, launch a product or meet with clients. With that in mind we plan the size of each area, the visitor flow, the graphics, the furniture and the technology.
Booths built for your space
The design depends on how many sides of your space are open. An inline booth has a single front and puts the brand on the back wall; a corner booth draws visitors from two aisles; a peninsula booth opens on three sides, and an island booth is open on all four, ideal for large structures, meeting rooms or double-deck booths.
Four exhibition levels
To make quoting easy we work with four levels: basic, with walls, counter, essential graphics and lighting; moderate, with more graphics and furniture; complete, with graphic walls, storage room and service areas; and advanced, with LED screens, special structures and brand experiences.
One team from start to finish
We design in 3D, build in our workshop, ship, install, support you during the show and dismantle at the end. We work at the main venues in the country: Corferias in Bogotá, Plaza Mayor in Medellín, the Cartagena Convention Center, Valle del Pacífico in Cali and Puerta de Oro in Barranquilla.

Frequently asked questions
Which cities do you build booths in?
All of Colombia. We have teams in Medellín, Bogotá and Cartagena and we often build in Cali, Barranquilla, Santa Marta and Bucaramanga. The price of the booth is the same in any city.
How far in advance should I order my booth?
Ideally six to eight weeks before the show. That leaves time for design, changes and production without rushing. If the show is coming up soon, write to us anyway and we will tell you what we can do.
What does the service include?
3D design, workshop production, transport, installation, furniture, lighting, technical support during the show and dismantling. Everything is included in a single quote.
How do I request a quote?
Fill in the request form with the show, the size of the space and what you need. If you have the organizer's floor plan, attach it. We will reply with the proposal and the design steps.
Can you help if my company is based outside Colombia?
Yes. We handle the booth locally, from design to dismantling, and you approve everything remotely with renders and a 3D model. Your team only has to travel to the show.
How much does a trade show booth cost?
It depends on the square meters, the booth type, the exhibition level, the furniture, the technology and the number of show days. What does not change is the city: we charge the same anywhere in the country. The quote form gives you an estimate based on the size of your space.
Do you charge for the booth design?
The design is free if you hire us for production and installation. If you decide not to go ahead, a design fee applies, shown in the form before you send your request.
