Corferias is the largest exhibition center in Colombia, with several halls and the Ágora Bogotá convention center next to it. Each show has its own rules for heights, loads, installation schedules and handover of the space. How we build your booth in Bogotá, step by step
- Request. You send us the name of the show, the hall, the floor plan and the exhibitor manual.
- 3D design. We prepare the proposal within the heights and restrictions of the show.
- Organizer approval. We help you with the drawings and documents required by Corferias or the organizer.
- Production and transport. We build the pieces and bring them to Bogotá on the cargo entry date.
- Installation and handover. We install during the assigned slots and hand over the booth ready before opening.

Tips for exhibiting at Corferias
Corferias shows draw large crowds over a few days, so your booth has seconds to catch attention. Place the brand up high, where it can be seen above the crowd, and keep the front open so it is easy to walk in. If you plan demonstrations or tastings, leave space that does not block the aisle. Check the organizer's deadlines for submitting drawings, ordering power and registering the installation staff early: they are required to enter.
At shows held every two years, such as Expoconstrucción y Expodiseño or Agroexpo, competition for good spaces starts months in advance. If you already have the date, write to us and we will plan the design with time.
