What you need to quote your booth
- The show or event: name, city, venue and dates.
- The space: width, depth, maximum height allowed and how many open sides it has. The organizer’s floor plan helps a lot.
- The goal: show products, sell, hold meetings, launch something or serve clients.
- Your brand: brand guidelines, logo and photos.
- Your budget, if you already have one.
What the price depends on
The cost of a booth depends on the square meters, the booth type, the exhibition level, the furniture, the technology and the number of show days. The form shows an estimate based on the size you enter, for each of the four levels: basic, moderate, complete and advanced. The price includes shipping, installation and dismantling, and it is the same in any city in Colombia.
How the design works
With your request we prepare a 3D design proposal. The design is free if you hire us for production and installation; if you decide not to go ahead, the design fee shown in the form applies. We make the adjustments needed until the design fits what you expect and your budget.
How early to ask
Ideally, request your quote six to eight weeks before the show, to leave time for design, changes and production. For large shows at Corferias or Plaza Mayor it is better to start earlier. If your show is coming up soon, write to us anyway and we will tell you what we can do.

How long does it take to get the proposal?
It depends on the information we receive and the size of the booth. With the floor plan and the full show details we can prepare it faster.
Is the estimate in the form the final price?
No. It is an estimate based on the booth size. The final price depends on the design, the finishes and the items you choose.
Can I quote furniture rental only?
Yes. In the form you can pick the items you need or list them under “Other items or comments”.
What if I do not have the organizer’s floor plan?
You can still get a quote. In the form you choose the layout of the space (how many walls it has) and the approximate size.
